Sultan Azlan Shah Cup:
India regained the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup after 13 years with a 3-1 victory over Malaysia.This was India’s fourth cup win, the three others coming in 1985, 1991 and in 1995.
Special thanks to Captain nd penalty corner expert Sandeep Singh, who turned out to be the player of the tournament. This is going to be a morale booster for the Indians(with Hockey still being the national sport of the country) for the coming Asia Cup............. RAjiLaL |

The Sultan Azlan Shah Cup is an annual field Hockey tournament which was held in Malaysia. This tournament became an annual event after 1998 following by its growth and popularity. Best performances has been given by the nations.
